Shipping Costs and Methods

The delivery time and cost depend on the chosen payment and delivery method. The available delivery options are as follows:

1. DHL courier service.
2. InPost Parcel Locker. Delivery to InPost Parcel Lockers is only available for orders that are paid for and do not exceed the weight and dimensions defined by the operator. The shipment can be tracked on the website www.inpost.pl by entering the shipment number. We only ship packages within Poland. From the moment of shipment, the InPost courier company should deliver the parcel to the selected Parcel Locker within a maximum of 2 business days. The customer is notified about the possibility of picking up the shipment from the Parcel Locker through the application, SMS, or email. The parcel can be collected at a convenient time, but no later than 48 hours after the shipment is placed in the Parcel Locker.
3. For payments made via Paypal, PayU, or BLIK, orders are processed on the same day if the payment is credited by 12:00.
4. The processing and delivery time of orders does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
5. For payments made by traditional bank transfer, the order processing time is extended by the time it takes for the funds to be credited to our account.
